We got one last year and it was a lot of fun. The kids named him Nini. This year he arrived on December 1... before he came Will saw boxes of them at Target and was all excited and exclaiming, "Nini! Nini!" so I knew he'd be into all the shenanigans this year.
And I was right. The kids have LOVED having him around. Both are excited to find him each morning. Since they watch his movie nearly every day (or several times a day) they totally get the whole NO TOUCHING thing. It hasn't been a problem at all.
Before Nini arrived I was sure he had a plan for every day he was here so that it wasn't midnight and I'm freaking out on what he was going to do. Thank you Pinterest for some ideas!
Here is the first half of Nini's Adventures at our home for 2012.
